Get the best out of the famous slopes of Sestriere with this ski-in-and-out mountain-view apartment with a private terrace! A gloriously sunny 4th-floor penthouse (with lift), in the heart of Sestriere, this apartment sleeps 6 people. It makes a fantastic alpine base for a family or friends at any time of year. Guests will love the spacious, open-plan living area, which has two large French windows, leading out onto the private balcony with magnificent mountain views. The room has attractive wooden floors and warm, colourful walls. It is furnished with a corner sofa and a flat-screen TV. The dining area, with a table for 6 people, is up 2 steps. Adjacent to this is a partially separated kitchen, cut off from the dining room by a half-wall. The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Please note heating will be switched on from 01st November to 30th April. - A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required for under 21 years old groups.
