Portion of a duplex house with 2 cozy 16 sm bedrooms located on the first floor and equipped with TV (one of these is a smart TV), air conditioning in the main bedroom, fan in the new bedroom and free WiFi. Private bathroom with bath tub on the landing. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine on the ground floor. The river bank in front of the house is part of the Padova river area (anello fluviale) and it is worth exploring on foot or by bike! PS: DUE TO CLEANING COSTS THE OWNER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CLOSE THE SECOND BEDROOM IN CASE OF RESERVATION FOR 1 OR 2 PERSON.

Sure enough the position is ideal for who wants to enjoy a relaxing walk, go running or have a good bike rides surrounded by nature on the bank of river Brenta; the river bank is part of the Padova river area (anello fluviale) and it is worth exploring. On the river bank in 10/15 minutes by bike you can reach and visit from outside the “Certosa”, an abandoned monastery seated in Vigodarzere; you can also easily reach Piazzola sul Brenta both by car and by bike and take part on the guided visits of Villa Contarini. Padova’s city centre is 10 km far and it is easy to get there both by bike and by car.
