Hi dear guests, We are Bred and Nadja, an Italian-German couple. Bred is from Florence and can give you many tips about where to go here. Nadja is from Germany and likes dancing and painting. We both like concerts and music and we enjoy having a drink with our guests.

Property information

Bred's house is a very unique place: It is from the 1400s and has a huge fresco in the living room. The ceilings are more than 4 metres high and it is situated in a small and characteristic street next to Piazza San Lorenzo, just 300 metres from the duomo and walking distance to all main sights in Florence. We rent 2 large bedrooms in this house, each with its private bathroom. Our guests are welcome to use the fully equipped kitchen and to relax in the living room with sky TV. We live in the same street. So, we are around if our guests have questions.

Neighbourhood information

The Smallest Hostel is situated in San Lorenzo Square, close to the traditional leather market and the food market. Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Pitti Palace, Piazza Signoria,... are all walking distance and the station is very close, too. In our area, you find typical Tuscan trattorias and great gelato, but also bars to enjoy Florence's night life are close by. Our drivers will be pleased to drive you to the oldest winery in Tuscany to a wine tasting tour in the Chianti area, but also pick you up from the airport. Siena, Pisa, Bologna and Lucca can be reached by train in 1 hour and less. The famous shopping centre The Mall can be reached in about 30 minutes by bus.
