The structure is managed by three members of our family , we are two sisters and a niece . Our kind of service is for short periods .During the remainder of the year , we take care of our beloved albeit small olive grove , the culture that we guard for three generations . Beating heart of our site is the love and the respect for Nature and the Traditions Farmers who try to share with those who come to visit .

Sunsets and Valleys is a farmhouse , which has preserved its original character of simplicity .It is located at 500m from the charming medieval village of Poggio di Otricoli and from it yuo can see a breathtaking view of the Lower Tiber Valley , The house has large rooms , a rooftop terrace and on two adjacent / underlying sides an property ' olive grove , Preserves a yard , a barn and farm implements from the 50s, on it you can enjoy a vacation in contact with perfumes and the smells of Mother Earth . The house has two floors: the upper floor consists of a single apartment; the ground floor is divided into two apartments with independent access, separated by two communicating doors. The two two-room apartments can be combined into a single apartment.

From Poggio Di Otricoli you can visit: 1.Calvi Dell'Umbria, (7km), with its murals. In it every year takes place the Patronal festival with reenactment of San Pancrazio (May 14). 2. Otricoli (10km), retains the Archaeological Park Ocricolum, Roman site, where every year takes place the commemoration of the feast of St. Victor, (May 14), enchanting arrival of the statue of the saint, carried by a boat that goes up the Tiber. 3.
