Trullo dei Silvi 1 is located on the Ionian coast in Torre Vado, on the border with the municipality of Patù. It is just 200 m from the sea, with a pebble beach right below the house, perfect for swimming in crystal-clear waters. Torre Vado’s sandy beach is about 2 km away, while Santa Maria di Leuca is just 7 km away. This property, boasting an exceptional sea view and surrounded by greenery, offers a large terrace, verandas, and an outdoor area of approximately 5000 sqm with private parking and complete privacy. The house features air conditioning, heating, two double bedrooms with private bathrooms, one double bedroom, and one twin bedroom with a shared bathroom. All double bedrooms are spacious, comfortable, and have sea views. The twin bedroom is set inside a traditional trullo with a vaulted stone ceiling, also with a window and sea view. The living area includes sofas, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, and oven. The washing machine is located in the bathroom. Outside, with a sea view, there is a breakfast table, a large stone dining table for 14 people, as well as sofas and cushions for 12–14 guests. At the back of the house, surrounded by greenery and enclosed by stone walls, you will find a hot-water outdoor shower. There is also a gas barbecue area with all necessary tools. The infinity pool with a sea view is equipped with comfortable loungers, a large sofa, and poufs. Near the pool, there is a bathroom with a sea view and a shower set among stone walls. The pool is cleaned and maintained daily by a designated staff member. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and daily or occasional cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee. The property is available for rent when not used directly by the owners and was designed and built as a private retreat to relax and entertain friends, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, enjoying a splendid sea view, in complete silence and with total privacy. The pool is reserved exclusively for guests of Trullo dei Silvi 1. It is also possible to rent Trullo dei Silvi 2 together with Trullo dei Silvi 1, in which case a 15% discount will be applied to the rental rate of Trullo dei Silvi 2. The two properties are completely independent and separate.
