A few steps from Piazza Dante, Piazza Erbe, Ponte Pietra, Arche Scaligere, Santa Anastasia Church, Teatro Romano, Arena, Juliet’s House, Via Mazzini, Cortile Mercato Vecchio, Scala della Ragione, Conservatorio, Museo dell'Opera, Via Sottoriva. From “Vecchia Verona” – Via Trota – you can see Via Sottoriva, one of the oldest and most historical street of the city, once characterised by antique shops and by local restaurants “trattorie” and “osterie” where you can taste the traditional local cuisine and wine, globally famous and renowed. With a short walk you can reach and cross “Ponte Pietra” the first bridge built by Romans and admire the Roman Theatre. Many important theatre and music performances and international dance shows and take place there nowadays. Vecchia Verona – Corso Sant’Anastasia is situated in a small medieval courtyard a few steps from Piazza Erbe and Piazza Dante with the famous building Palazzo della Ragione that now hosts the Achille Forti Gallery of Modern Art.
