Hi, I'm Pietro, the owner's nephew. I decided to help my family renting the apartments of the agriturism. EXTRA COSTS Heating and Gas: required ONLY IN APRIL/MAY/OCTOBER, 5 euro per cubic meter up to consumption Pets: 30 euro per animal per week The ancient farmhouse Fattoria Celle is located in the heart of a secluded and lonesome valley on the road going up the slopes of the Chianti hills, midway between Figline Valdarno and Greve in Chianti, around 30km from Florence, Arezzo and Siena. Ideal accomodation for families and friends wishing to spend a quiet and unforgettable holiday, in the heart of Tuscany.
 The property includes more than 100 hectares of land available for guests. The location is completely independent and isolated from chaos and traffic: the closest little center is 3kms from the agriturism (Ponte agli Stolli), while the main city is at 9 km (Figline Valdarno). Over there you can find any sort of shop, cafes, restaurant and market. The agriturism is made of 10 apartments with separated entrances and each apartment has its own private area for relaxing, in front of the house, with table, chairs and barbecue. The farmhouse has a lake, where you may fish and a beautiful large swimming pool, open from May 1st to September 30th.
The Farm House produces EVO olive oil and red, white and rosè Tuscan wine; in the farm are brought up pigs, ducks, geese, chickens, cows of kind "Chianina" that graze freely and other domestic animals. Our vegetable gardens are full of any kind of products in summer and you can taste them. During summer guests of the Farmhouse can see over 100 variety of roses and several fruit plants, you are welcome to grab some directly from the trees! The Farm takes care of the environment in the observance of the nature; in the wood around the manor you can meet wild boars roe-deers, fallow-deers and other animals.
Neighborhood Nearby the villa, just a few minutes by car, you can reach Figline Valdarno, where you will find shops, bars, restaurants and other amenities. From Figline Valdarno you may go Florence and other cities in Tuscany by train (trains to Florence every 20 minutes: 30-40 minutes to reach Florence Santa Maria Novella Railway station). 
(Florence (30 km), Arezzo (40 km), Siena (40 km), San Gimignano, the Chianti region can be visited in one day trip and, if you desire, you can be guided by professional tour guides. 
 From early spring you may admire the “Roses of Donatella”, shrubs, climbing, fragrant, more than 170 species of roses: spectacular bushes along the paths of the property . 
Trekking route: take a "walk in the wood" close to nature and unique landscapes! There is an old footpath that crosses the hills from the Villa to the farmhouses of the Farm. It was used to reach other houses on the mountain and to collect firewood, chestnuts and mushrooms from the forest. You may find also deers, wild boars and other wild animals. The surrounding area is Tuscany! Florence, Arezzo, Siena, the Chianti region are your neighbors.
