Property information

Lovely villa with large outdoor spaces just a few steps from Mondello beach. The villa, which spreads over two levels, opens onto the large living room divided into a living area furnished with armchairs, comfortable sofas and bookcase cabinet with television, and a dining area. The independent kitchen is well equipped and complete with an oven, dishwasher, an espresso coffee machine, kettle and microwave. The ground floor sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a single one. A bathroom with a shower and a laundry room complete the floor. A staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two additional bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms, the first furnished with a queen-size bed and the second with a queen-size bed and a single one. The jewel of the villa is the large outdoor space full of greenery and equipped with a dining table and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying excellent meals outdoors. Guests will have air conditioning throughout the accommodation, independent heating for colder days, and free Wi-Fi. Guests will benefit from two outdoor parking slots inside the property.

Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful UNESCO heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city. In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares.
