Villa Pizzini is a Villa originally from 1880 that has been fully restored mid 2015 and offers to its guests a unique view of the Borromeo islands on Lake Maggiore. Villa Pizzini also is a well known restaurant specialized in typical food which is all homemade and prepared for each diner on the moment. Enjoy a unique experience at 1450metres, just above the amazing towns of Stresa, Baveno and Verbania.
We are a family ran business, Ivan will be here to help you choosing the best food and the best places to visit around the mountain but also other areas around the Lakes. Sabina is our chef, she goes to the market every morning to pick the best, seasonal food, to be cooked for you each day. We also work with the best Skiing school on Mottarone and organise walks, ski and treks around this beautiful mountain, both in summer and winter.
Mottarone is the "Mountain of Stresa", rising just above Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta. From here you can see the stunning 7 lakes, and the sunrises and sunsets that you can experience are among the best in the whole Alps region. On this mountain you can walk, ride a bike, trek, ski, nordic ski, rock climb, horse ride or just experience the nature and realx visiting the Borromeo islands or the San Giulio island on lake Orta. Villa Pizzini is a well known restaurant and will offer you daily fresh food or amazing "aperitovos". If you are interested in discovering more about Mottarone or the nearby areas do not hesitate to ask as we organize yours or just give the most honest reccomendations to our guests. We wanna clarify that we are not an agency and we do to work with commission with anyone, we just want you to have a great time and discover the gorgeous valleys, lakes and mountains of this region.
