Villa Rustico is an old farmhouse, located 12 km from the heart of Milano, 12 km from Linate airport l 8,3 km from Scalo Milano outlet & more l 109 km from Serravalle outlet. The story of the house goes back to 1981, when it housed a farm factory. It was bought by Giovanni Gilardi and together with his friend architect, they’ve reconstructed a house for his family. Today, respecting their legacy, the aim is to revive the old spirit, with maintaining the structure and details. Offering home away from home experience together with relaxing garden, where guests can gain their energy and plan further trips with peace of mind. With providing 3 rooms, the atmosphere is more intimate and so is the opportunity to get special treats like aperitivos or yoga classes when preordered. Rooms come with free WIFI, air conditioning, flat TV, bedlinen, towels and private bathroom. Popular points of interest near the accommodation include Chiaravalle Monastic complex and Le Rovedine Golf Club. Guests can enjoy free breakfast each morning. We speak your language!
