Beautifully presented villa located in a quiet gated community of Hartland Estate with 24 hour security. It offers modern appliances for cooking. Cable TV for viewing and unlimited WiFi to keep you connected to family, friends and social media! There's also air conditioning in all bedrooms to keep you and your guests comfortably cool. The villa is located about 10 minutes drive to Ocho Rios and most tourist attractions and the beach is about 4 minutes walk.
I would describe myself as cool, calm and collected. Nothing really phases me. I am very proactive and people say I am always smiling. I have several landlord properties and manage them all by myself.
Guests love the location as it is just off the main highway and close to shops and the beach. The Knuxford Express stops in Ocho Rios and then its a short ride (10mins) by taxi. Security at the gate are wonderful and polite and the local neighbours are friendly.
