A modern style newly built home with open concept living and dining room. Spacious kitchen with an island equipped with stainless steel appliances. This villa has 3 large bedrooms with 3 en-suite bathrooms for privacy. There is a half bathroom/powder room in the hallway next to the kitchen. Each room has ceiling fans as well as a/c units. Patio chairs are available at the front porch, where you can relax while enjoying the cool breeze and beautiful mountain view. Car port available for up to 3 cars. Easy walk to community amenities and to security.
