This centrally located apartment provides easy access to diverse restaurants, shopping malls, supermarkets, pharmacy, entertainment and beaches. The apartment is situated in a privately secured gated residence with modern architecture, self-parking on property and an in-unit washer. There is WIFI, cable, air conditioner and access to streaming services. The private balcony is right off the bedroom. You can open-up and enjoy the indoor/outdoor living experience.
