The hot springs are open from PM 3:00-11:00 and AM 6:00-9:00.
To use the hotel's free shuttle, please make a reservation at time of booking. The shuttles are offered between 15:00 and 20:00. Guests must also call the hotel upon arrival at Kawaguchiko Train Station.
Free shuttles to Kawaguchiko Train Station from the hotel are available at 08:45 and 09:45.
Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.
Guests without a meal plan who want to eat breakfast at the hotel must make a reservation at least 1 day in advance by 20:00.
