First Cabin Haneda Terminal 1 asub mugavalt Tokyos Ota Wardi piirkonnas, 500 meetri kaugusel Tokyo rahvusvahelise lennujaama terminalist nr 2, 6 km kaugusel Ota staadionist ja Tokyo Port Wildbird Parkist. Selles kahetärnihotellis on ööpäev läbi avatud vastuvõtt. Omori Hachimani pühamu on 7,1 km ja Omori Nori muuseum 7,3 km kaugusel. Kõikides majutusruumides on seif.
