Late check-in is possible until 22:00 at an additional charge upon prior request. Please inform the hostel in advance if guests arrive at the property after 20:00. If the property is not informed, the booking may be treated as a no show.
For transportation to Niseko Hanazono Ski Field or Mount Yotei, please inform the hotel at check-in.
For the free shuttle from JR Kutchan Train Station, please request at time of booking.
The shuttle service operates in winter on the following schedule:
Hotel to Grand Hirafu Ski Resort: 8am and 9am twice per day.
The shuttle service operates in summer on the following schedule:
Hotel to Mt. Yotei and Niseko Annupuri : from 3.30am to 7am.
