We manage and operate a total of 40 unmanned accommodation facilities, each with a different concept, located in 5 locations around Lake Kawaguchi in Yamanashi Prefecture. Even when unmanned, we strive to provide a comfortable experience for our customers.

At the site, you will be asked to check in with your tablet device. After check-in, you can take out the key from the key box next to the entrance of each mobile home and enter the room. There are 15 trailers, which can accommodate up to 99 people. Each trailer has a bath, toilet with washlet, kitchenette and BBQ (bonfire) facilities. s this is an "unmanned accommodation", you will be asked to check in using a tablet device. Neighbourhood information

Convenience stores and shopping malls are within a 10-minute drive, and you can buy BBQ or shop at the 100-yen shop before you arrive. There are also 3 roadside stations within a 30-minute drive. You can see Mt. Fuji from the premises, about 10km to Fujiten Resort, about 4.5km to Fuji-Q Highland, about 7.1km to Arakurayama Sengen Park Churei Pagoda, and you can access various sightseeing spots of Lake Kawaguchi and Fujiyoshida.
