We’re located right on the Almaty Highway — a perfect spot for trips toward Almaty or leisure travel to Issyk-Kul Lake.
Just 5 minutes away is Alamedin Market, and in 15 minutes you can reach Dordoi — the largest market in Central Asia.
The city center of Bishkek is about 15 minutes away by car or public transport. Being in the lower part of the city, traffic is usually light and smooth.
Shops, cafés, gas stations, and banks are all just a few minutes away.
Outside your window — fresh air, peace, and a cozy countryside feel, even though you’re still well within the city.

Всего в 5 минутах — рынок Аламедин, а в 15 минутах — крупнейший рынок Центральной Азии, Дордой.
До центра Бишкека можно доехать за 15 минут на машине или общественном транспорте. Мы находимся в нижней части города, где практически не бывает пробок.
