Our place has a warm, family atmosphere that helps every guest feel at home. We do our best to create a cozy and comfortable space where you can truly relax. Our shared lounge area is something we’re especially proud of — it’s bright and spacious, decorated with houseplants and lovely details chosen with care. It’s a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of tea, read a book, or chat with other guests. The atmosphere here is friendly, peaceful, and relaxing — everything you need for a good rest. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, and we always keep everything clean. We welcome guests of all ages and especially love the warm feeling that families bring with them.

Welcome! We are truly happy to see every guest and always try to make your stay with us comfortable, peaceful, and memorable. This is not just a place to sleep — here you will find coziness, attention to detail, and a real home-like atmosphere. I really enjoy working with people — meeting guests from different cities and countries, sharing stories, and learning new things. I love preparing the room, making it cozy, and decorating the space. It brings me joy because I want every guest to feel good here. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, so there are many live plants and flowers in and around the house — it’s my hobby and a source of inspiration. I also like cooking and sometimes treat our guests to homemade pastries.

Our neighborhood is especially popular with guests because it’s quiet, safe, and close to the main attractions. It’s a nice area for walking — there’s lots of greenery, cozy streets, and a friendly atmosphere. Everything you need — shops, cafés, and pharmacies — is just a short walk away. If you want to learn more about the history and culture of the region, we recommend visiting: The N.M. Przhevalsky Museum — a unique place dedicated to the life and travels of the famous explorer. It has an interesting exhibition and a beautiful view of Lake Issyk-Kul. The Holy Trinity Cathedral — an old Orthodox church with rich history and beautiful wooden architecture. The detailed wood carvings are especially impressive. The Dungan Mosque, built without a single nail, is a true architectural wonder that shows the cultural diversity of the city. And if you’d like to try the local food, don’t miss ash-lyamfu — a cold dish with noodles, vegetables, and a spicy sauce, perfect for a hot day. It’s one of the most famous tastes of Karakol! We’ll be happy to help you find the best places and give personal tips — many guests come back for the atmosphere, the food, and the feeling of real rest.
