Dear guest, I offer you a cozy and quiet two-room apartment in the green center of the city. Everything necessary for your convenience and comfortable living is done. At your service is a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking and storing food. The apartment is equipped at a modern level and can accommodate up to four people.

Neighbourhood information

We have an excellent location, there are many grocery and vegetable stores nearby. As well as the ASIA MALL shopping center and the ALA-ARCHA shopping center with a favorable exchange rate. Near the house there is a large, beautiful and new YNTYMAK park. This park has a large jogging track and bike paths. A 15-minute walk from the "WHITE HOUSE" of the Kyrgyz Republic and the US EMBASSY. Also nearby are the Kazakh Embassy, ​​the Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, and the Polytechnic University. Our area is considered a very quiet area. This area is one of the most interesting from an architectural point of view. The most valuable Soviet architecture has been preserved, such as the old airport building, built in the 1940s, and the Ak-Keme Hotel, where the first people from different countries were met. Nearby are 24-hour shops, pharmacies, flower shops, cafes and restaurants.
