    “골목길이라 위치적으로는 보통인데.. 차를 가지고 가기에 불편은 없다. 주차도 담벼락에 대면 됨. 신축건물은 아니지만 나름대로 깔끔하고 특별한 불편은 없다. 여름이지만 거실 및 방마다 에어컨이 있어서 냉방 잘되고 와이파이 및 케이블방송도 불편은 없다. 가까이에 식자재마트도 있다.”
