Our property will always be so special to us. We were devastated when It was very badly damaged in the Tsunami of 2004. But, out of the storm came calm, we were given a second chance when our home was completely rebuilt in 2006. We are very proud of our home and warmly welcome all visitors to share and experience our culture and our beautiful country.
We are located near the beach (approx 5 minute walk), it is 0.2 miles to Midigama East centre.
Breakfast, Mid-day and Evening Meals are available on request. Ingredients are locally sourced, prepared and freshly cooked daily.
My name is Mallika and i am married to Pathmasiri. I very much enjoy meeting people and learning about different cultures. I like to spend time with family members keeping up to date with all of their news.
My hobbies are sewing
It is only a 5 minute walk to the beach.
Midigama is more famous amongst surfers as there is a range of good breaks. Main break is Lazy Left, up to 6 ft, deep water, good for beginners and also long boarding. Early morning offshore wind might welcome you with some barrels. The next break is in front of Ram's guesthouse. Breaks over a shallow reef. Mainly a right that is short but hollow and fast. Closes out on medium-big swells. Approx. 400 meters down the road is another right hander, more suitable for beginners.
