It's peace and quiet
I am a hotelier
It's very convenient with easy access to get in and access to the beach.If you are a surfer it's the best place to be. Hiriketiya beach is very close by. You can use public transport if yo need. Can get in to the bus and get down just oppersit the house. Walking distance to famous Blow hole in Kudawella. If you like the peace and quiet atmosphere to read a book and relax under the palm trees with little breeze this is the place. If you want to eat what you want to eat buy it from the market and give it to our chef he will prepare it to your choice. Fresh fish you can buy everyday from the beach except on full moon day. If you like to see variety of fish caught by fishermen you can go to Kudawella fishing market early in the morning (entrance fee 50Rs) 3km. If you like fresh vegetables and fruits-Tangalle veg market every Sunday and Wednesday. Same in Dikwella every Saturday. Cargills supermarkets available Dikwella or Tanglle. For both same distance from the house. But in Dikwella they have a well stocked bar with Alcohol. You can make day trips to Dondra, Matara,Mirissa or to safari on Udawalawa or Yala national park.
