The property is located 150 meters from the Tangalle bay beach, 1.1 kilo meters from Goyambokka beach and 150 meters from Mathara-Tangalle main road. It is only 20 min walk to Tangalle city center, 15 min walk to nearest Keels supermarket and Cargils food city. The Pizza hut is within 15 min walking distance and within the home delivery range. The property is 150 meters from Samans liquor bar. There are many beach front restaurants within 250 meters from the property. The property is located in the middle of serene woodland with some wild life such as peacock, birds of different kinds, giant squirrels, monkeys etc. Quite dark twinkly nights with fire flies in the surrounding are fascinating. The property has an accommodation of 720 square feet with a large double bed (78”x72”) with mosquito net, wall fan, spacious ensuite bathroom, living area with a sofa, dining table, a pantry, mini fridge, cupboard and a towel rack. There is a spacious veranda facing woodland. Private garden and a parking area are available.
