11 PINE VIEW offers a unique condo with amazing window view to the Latvian sea-shore pines. This place will easily take you at unique and tranquil getaway. Accommodation up to 4 guests. Location - 3 minute walk to the sugar sand sea-beach. When you want to escape from busy days, and find yourself in a lovely space to unwind and relax, being in the nature, but with urban comforts - our Pine View condo is the right place. Enjoy your stay by the sea in this cozy, newly remodelled studio! The studio is renovated with natural wood floors and Scandinavian style natural finishings. Kitchen is fully-equipped. 1 bed-room with a double-bed Extra Sofa opens to be another bed (folding sofa-bed) in a living space. Brand new, very clean, apartment with a private bathroom, bedroom, full size kitchen and eating area "dinette". It is located in the famous ALBATROSS resort and unique apartment complex. The resort is guarded. Location - 3 minute walk to the sugar sand sea-beach. Super safe and Quiet neighbourhood. Just 30 minutes drive from Jurmala and 1 hour from Riga. Engure - is 5 minute drive - you can find good restaurants there, as well as grocery shops. Parking is FREE SPA & POOL can be booked via BOOKLA (search for ALBATROSS) - paid option. Prices may differ depending on day/evening & weekdays/weekends options.
