Atlantis 12 is a charming, adults-only guesthouse nestled in the countryside of Essaouira, just a 15-minute drive from the medina. Lovingly restored from an old stone farmhouse, it offers five peaceful rooms, including a spacious premium suite — ideal for couples seeking comfort and space. All rooms open onto a leafy central patio. Guests have access to an outdoor swimming pool, a shaded terrace, a garden, a cozy lounge with a fireplace, and a communal dining area. A homemade breakfast is included with all reservations. Upon request, Atlantis 12 also offers local-flavored dinners, relaxing wellness massages, and nearby activities such as horseback riding, camel treks, and quad excursions. Stays can be modified free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival (for bookings under the flexible rate).
