Situated 250 metres from El Bahia Palace, Dar 73 offers a small pool. Guests are invited to relax on the patio or on the terrace, which offers a view of the Medina. The air-conditioned rooms at Dar 73 are decorated in both a modern and a traditional style and have a view of the patio. Their private bathroom includes free toiletries, a bathrobe and a hairdryer.
