Riad 27 is not a hotel, it is a private Riad, all the equipment provided belongs to Riad 27 and must not leave the Riad. Any damage requiring replacement or repair will be charged to you. Riad 27 is located at the bottom of a family Derb and we ask you to be respectful of the neighborhood and not to make noise after 11 p.m. and to respect the courtyards. and local customs. If the nuisance rules are not respected we will shorten your stay. For Moroccan or mixed couples (if one of the spouses is of Moroccan nationality) it will be necessary to present the marriage certificate (obligatory). Illicit substances are strictly prohibited within Riad 27. Sex tourism is strictly prohibited under penalty of immediate expulsion and legal proceedings. Access to the SPA is reserved for ordered treatments. Access to the laundry room is reserved for staff, however you have the possibility of having laundry washed at a cost of 50dh per machine, the housekeeper will take care of it. It is forbidden to arrive at the Riad with your food in your luggage
