Welcome to Riad Azzar, a sanctuary in the heart of Marrakech,now under my ownership. With over a decade on a new journey to breathe new life into this historic gem. I am a passionate entrepreneur who has explored and learned about the intricacies of hospitality in Morocco and Italy.What fuels my passion is the opportunity to connect with people from diverse backgrounds, accommodating the habits and needs of different cultures and religions. After holding roles of responsibilityin Europe in the commercial sector, I discovered my true calling over a decade ago when I started managing a Riad in Marrakech. Seeing the joy on guests 'faces after their stay made me realise that this is not just a business but a vocation .My vision for Riad Azzar is to create a haven that exudes class, warmth,exclusivity, and unparalleled service , earning a reputation synonymous with excellence.

Riad Azzar made a significant mark in town. An atmosphere of refined charm is apparent as soon as you duck into the small entrance and enter an elegant courtyard with a gorgeous pool and a homely ambience. There's something immediately affable about the place. While there's nothing outrageously exceptional about the decor in general, everything smacks of a subtle sensuality and a refined taste. The rooms are lovely and teeming with features, from Algerian wardrobes to marble and tadelakt bathrooms and private terraces, and all 6 bedrooms give off a satisfying, well manicured air. Asma is on site most of the time to give full attention to their guests. And there's great home cooking, and body care treatments and massages on offer.

Neighbourhood information

Riad Azzar is located 300 meters from the world famous "Jmaa El Fna" square, a Unesco World Heritage Site in a quarter called Dabachi. The Riad is ideally located in the heart of the medina of Marrakech and just a few steps away from monuments and museums such as the Medersa Ben Yousef, the Museum of Marrakech, Museum Bouchaourit, Maison de la Photographie etc. Riad Azzar is located in a very quiet dead end street where you will be awakened by the birds.
