We call Riad Livia a home from home because that is what we wanted to create. Why? Because our lives are increasingly time poor as the world keeps getting busier. And while we've seen Marrakech grow and expand - donkeys and carts replaced by scooters that buzz and smartphones that ping - the medina is also immutable: ancient, atmospheric and inspiring. We want you to make the most of while you're here. That's why there are no TVs but instead lots of space te relax in. Please do make the most of them to read, sleep or sip a mint tea and listen to the muezzin's call to prayer as the sun sets. There's a saying in Morocco that you don't choose a house, a house chooses you. And we feel incredibly lucky that Riad Livia happened to choose us. It is a place that we hold deep in our hearts and it gives us great pleasure to be able to share it with you. Riad Livia is located in the ancient medina of Marrakech and we offer rooms decorated in a traditional Moroccan style. Jamaâ El Fna Square is a 12-minute walk away and the lovely Place des Epices is about a 10-minute walk away. All our lovely rooms have their own private entrance and their own bathroom with free toiletries. Our rooms are air-conditioned, have a heating and a safe. Every morning we are happy to serve you a wonderful breakfast. Just let us know where, in our new restaurant with the fire place, in our patio next to the orange trees or find your favorite spot on our terrace. If you decide to spend a relaxing day in the riad, we can prepare a small lunch for you. In the evening we recommend our Moroccan 2 or 3 course menu with fresh ingredients prepared with love by our fantastic cooks. We also offer massages on request, a 24-hour reception and a terrace with a lot of space to relax.
