Our riad has been in the family since 1966. Purchased by my mother, it is for this reason that its name is riad el walida, which means mom in Arabic. Ideal for a stay with family, friends or a small group. The riad has a restaurant area to savor traditional Moroccan dishes but also take cooking classes.

Woman who loves her country for its history, its people and all of its riches. I am of a jovial, serious, passionate and helpful nature and sincerely wish to share this love of Morocco in general and Marrakech in particular with you. The riad EL WALIDA welcomes you in the center of the medina of Marrakech, a stone's throw from the legendary El Badi palace. You can also visit the El Bahia palace, the Saadian tombs, the Koutoubia mosque, Dar - SI-Said and of course the famous Jemaa-el-Fna square which is 5 mins walk. It is the favorite area for tourists.
