The Riad is attached to a Palace that is now the Marrakech Museum, for many years it was used to accommodate distinguished guests. Riad Star was formerly the Marrakech home of Jazz Age superstar Josephine Baker. Now an intimate boutique hotel with just thirteen guest rooms.

Marrakech is our passion. We offer five Riad hotels in the old town medina, each with its own distinctive personality. What really makes us special, and fantastic value for money, is our small team of dedicated staff who will be on hand to help, reassure and advise you throughout your stay. These charming boutique hotels each have thirteen or fewer guest rooms so you can expect a truly personal service.

The Marrakech Medina is a walled City founded one thousand years ago. Riad Spice is located absolutely at its beating heart, within a minutes walk you will find the Ben Yussef Mosque and its famous Koranic School, the Almoravid Koubba (the oldest building in Marrakech) and the most fashionable shopping street in the old town anchored by the stunning Max and Jan concept store. The main square is a pleasant walk away which will take between five and fifteen minutes depending how good you are at resisting the temptation to visit the boutiques along the route.
