Aia ja sisehoovivaatega Kovcica Rooms asub Žabljakis, 18 km kaugusel Tara kanjonist ja 29 km kaugusel Durdevica Tara sillast. Majutusasutusest avaneb vaade mägedele ja aiale. Must järv on 10 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on päikeseterrass, tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja tasuta eraparkla.
