The area is at the foot of the Bjelasica massif and is perfect for outdoor activities, especially hiking. Trails to the peaks are well-maintained and easy to navigate in spring, summer, and autumn, with no sharp or rugged rocks. The mountain features rolling pastures, dense forests, and breathtaking scenery.
Nearby, you can explore four stunning glacial lakes: Biograd Lake, Pešića Lake, Ursulovac Lake, and Šiško Lake.
The cottage is located on Jelovica Mountain at an altitude of 1350 meters, just 15 km from both Berane and Kolašin. It offers easy access to the new regional road connecting Berane, Kolašin, and Podgorica. Nearby, you’ll find popular ski resorts like Kolašin 1600 Ski Center and Kolašin 1450, which offer 45 km of groomed trails.
