Via river asub Podgoricas, Millenniumi sillast vaid 4,2 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on jõevaatega majutusruumid, tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja tasuta eraparkla. Majutusasutusest avaneb vaade aiale ja sisehoovile. Püha Jüri kirik on 4,3 km kaugusel. Kristuse ülestõusmise tempel ja Podgorica kellatorn on puhkemajast 5,3 km kaugusel.
