A place that offers you a wonderful stay along the Dojran Lake and which has various facilities of accommodation, constantly trying to fit your needs and desires. Apartments and study that we offer are available with fully equipped bathrooms, modern kitchens, comfortable closets, TV, air conditioning, free Internet; yet our greatest asset is the beautiful balcony and garden with an unforgettable view of the lake. The location of Villa Rosa is ideal. Our position allows you to avoid the summer crowds till it’s still close enough to the many restaurants and coffee bars. Villa Rosa is 800 meters away from the city center and from the so-called ,, City Beach '' and it’s located near the beaches Partizan and Elem.

Neighbourhood information

Dojran is a wonderful place, with rich history, biological diversity and unique culture. In Dojran you will find remnants from the ancient times, but also trenches and bunkers from the World Wars. The old church offers a unique and indescribable spiritual experience. Dojran's biological treasury with its healing characteristics is widely known. The water, the mud and the algae have healing characteristics. As the people say: "Sometimes the cure is free."
