The credit card used for booking must be presented at check in. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. According to Macau Law No. 16/2021, visitors are required to provide the incoming passenger card issued while clearing immigration. If the card could not be provided, guests are not allowed to stay.
Hotel staying guests could enjoy exclusive free access to Grand Resort Deck (valued at MOP888) – boasting the world’s largest Skytop Wave Pool – which is included in your stay, from the day of check-in to the day of check-out. Passes to access are provided based on the number of paying guests per room. Grand Resort Deck opening hours is subject to weather conditions and seasonal change.
