The penthouse enjoys unopposed country views and distant views of St Thomas Bay. It is located within 5 mins walking distance from the beach (St Thomas Bay), with high-quality restaurants available in the near vicinity. The place was refurbished in 2022 to very good standards and is fully air conditioned. It is the ideal holiday home for couples, friends and families with kids. You can enjoy a nice evening on the sea view terrace or go for a lovely walk by the seaside.
Very good restaurants available on all sides of the place, all in walking distance. Other amenities such as mini-markets, confectionaries and others all in the vicinity. Less than 5 minutes walk away from the marvellous St Thomas Bay (views from the terrace) and 10 minutes walk from MScala Centre.
