The apartment is situated in the heart of St. Julian's yet it's located in a quiet cul de sac. The large balcony overlooks Balluta Valley and sunsets from there can be quite special! The apartment is very modern and spacious with a large living area and all the comforts one would expect to find at home. Here are some of the highlights that are all included in the price... - All linen is cleaned professionally in an offsite laundry - Fully air-conditioned - Fully equipped kitchen - Super fast broadband and wi-fi coverage - Modern entertainment equipment including a 4K TV, soundbar and Xbox One - Full cable TV subscription also showing sports channels showing live coverage of Premier League, Seria A, La Liga Bundesliga, Formula 1 and much more - Netflix and Disney + subscription - Lock up garage accessible directly from the apartment via the lift FREE airport arrival transfer (for stays longer than 4 nights). Our driver will pick you up from the arrivals lounge and show you around the apartment.

Hi there I'm Robert! I'm pretty new to hosting as I've been doing it for a couple years but it's great fun. I love holidays and therefore understand what guests expect when they're away from the daily chores for a week or two. So don't worry, your vacation is in good hands!

Our apartment is centrally located and ideally placed to get to the various attractions. Balluta and Spinola Bays are only a 10 minute walk in either direction of the apartment. From Balluta Bay you can walk along the seaside promenade all the way to Sliema or in the opposite direction to Spinola and Paceville. Valletta is only a 15 minute bus ride. Alternatively you could walk to Sliema ferries and get a ferry across the Grand Harbour to Valletta. Bus Stops - The nearest bus stop is only a 5 minute walk away. You can view the detailed bus routes by clicking here. Airport Transfers - Malta International Airport is a 20 minute drive away from Balluta Bay. We will gladly organise your airport transfer. We always use the same family-run company which is familiar with our apartment. If you are arriving late at night, the driver will hand you the apartment keys and quickly check you in. You'll be relaxing in our lovely apartment within an hour of landing in Malta.
