Welcome travellers to our new renovated apartment situated in the charming town of St Julians! It is perfectly designed to offer modern comfort & easy access to top attractions, making it ideal for couples or groups seeking a relaxing stay! The living area is bright & welcoming, perfect for longer stays - super spacious and comfort with a dining area and a comfy sofa. A fully equipped kitchen is also available with access to 3 large bedrooms. Dedicated workspace, strong wifi & AC (coin operated) included. Kindly read the below information: Noise and Activities: Loud music, parties, barbecues, and sports are not allowed. Excessive noise during the day is prohibited. Display and Use of Common Areas: Nothing should be hung or displayed on walls, windows, doors, or any part of the common areas. Clothes horses are not permitted in the Piazza common areas, including those leading to the Carmel Street gate. Garbage Disposal: Garbage must be disposed of according to the schedule and instructions displayed in the common areas. Fines will be applied for non-compliance. Security: Common areas are monitored by CCTV. Vehicle Use: The use of vehicles in the Piazza must be authorized in advance by the Administrator.
