This brand new two bedroom apartment, situated in a modern block, is only a few steps away from the most sought after The Strand Promenade in Sliema. Perfectly positioned with trendy promenade cafes, restaurants, boat trips, bus stops and Sliema’s busy shopping centre within a 10 minute walk. It is just ideal for couples or for a family with children. Finished to high standards, bright, airy and fully air-conditioned, this cosy unit consists of a living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen and living area opens up to a large balcony which is equipped with outdoor furniture. WiFi Internet and cable TV are being offered on a complimentary basis. The location of this property is unbeatable being just a few minutes walking distance from the famous Sliema promenade offering you shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, water sports, beaches, etc. And for those of you who prefer swimming in a pool, a number of quality lidos can also be found close by. If you don’t want to rent a car this apartment is just ideal as public transport is only a short walk away. This is certainly the perfect holiday place to feel at home in sunny Malta!

Neighbourhood information

Take a walk along the Ta' Xbiex seafront promenade and dream about owning one of the fabulous berthed yachts. The promenade leads to Gzira and then Sliema on one end, and to Msida and eventually Valletta on the other. Head to the Msida Yacht Marina to admire the beautiful mansions on one side and large boats on the other. When you get to the Black Pearl, take the time to sit for a while on the pier for a simple way to enjoy the luxury of a gorgeous view of Valletta and Floriana's majestic bastions from the Yacht Marina, in the company of several lazy cats. You may also enjoy a snack from one of the cafe's nearby.
