San Gwann, a bustling village at the heart of Malta, offers a range of amenities to its visitors. Our apartments provide a home-like atmosphere, where you can relax and enjoy your stay worry-free. With fully air-conditioned rooms and a spacious back yard for fresh air and barbecues, you can enjoy the comforts of home while on vacation. Whether it's a romantic getaway or a family holiday, your experience will be seamless. We are always available and ready to assist you. The space The apartment is on the first floor. As you exit the elevator you take a right and the apartment is situated on the left hand side of the corridor. Once you enter you are welcomed by an entrance hall with adjacent access to the main bathroom. A corridor will take you through and Infront the main bedroom towards the open plan (kitchen/living/dining) combined area with direct access to your own private yard. No spaces in this unit are shared. All the area is private for your pleasure.

Neighborhood info

The neighborhood is most of all very safe and family friendly. There is a park 2 minutes walk. All amenities are surrounding this property which include but not limited to - banks, atm's, local butchers, groceries, there is also a Lidl just around the corner, a frozen food shop just beneath the building, a christian catholic church literally on the same street and there is also some pubs and dining places which are very well priced and serve good food.
