With a fantastic mid-sized, private pool framed in natural stone right off the back of the living room. This 3-bedroom townhouse is the perfect retreat for a family fond of the water. Located behind beautiful Kalkara church and just two minutes away from the seafront promenade with attractions such as the Kalkara Regatta Club & Educational Explora Science Centre, this property provides access to historic culture, seaside walks with views of the Grand Forte Rinella, local dining and shopping

Quite town with a beach, few restaurants, bakery, small mini market, butcher, take-aways and few bars. More touristic areas Birgu and Cottonera are few minutes away by walk Valletta can be reached by walking few mintues to Birgu Ferries and take ferry directly from there.
