A duplex private maisonette with an exclusive roof terrace equipped with a large sofa and a charcoal grill; embellished with three hundred and sixty degrees of views that will just leave you in awe. The interior is cosy and designed with a modern twist. Highly furnished and well-equipped, including a kitchen and living area upon entrance, a shower room at ground floor level and a bathroom at first floor level, two bedrooms, one with a balcony overlooking a spectacular harbour and a patio on each level. Perfect for who is seeking a romantic vacation, a beach holiday or for those of you who are looking for a warm and sunny winter holiday on a budget. Two large and child-friendly communal pools with ample deck space, landscaped gardens, serene atmosphere, historical sites and sensational views will definitely add value to determine whether this holiday home will be your next choice of stay.

Neighbourhood information

Set within a fortress which dates back to the permanence of the Knights of St. John on the Maltese islands. Right on top of Mgarr Harbour, this Fort manages to achieve the much-desired harmonisation of ‘the old’ with ‘the new’. The original outer bastions, the barracks of the Knights and the English barracks, the bakery and the chapel built by the Knights’ with their famous cross embellished on the façade (known by many as the ‘Maltese Cross’), serve as a backdrop of ‘the old’ which effectively highlights the contradictory modern facilities that imbue a sense of bygone days. Just a stone-throw away from the Fort’s entrance you will find restaurants, bars, supermarkets, the iconic Mgarr Harbour itself, taxi boats to Comino island and the secluded beach of Mgarr ix-Xini.
