Property information

Girgentina is a spacious, comfortable peaceful home away from home, ideally situated for exploring the rest of the island. This private 2 storey house offers a high standard of luxury accommodation. The air conditioned property comprises of an open plan kitchen/dining living area with French doors leading onto a relaxing BBQ area as well as a private pool. The modern kitchen is fully fitted with a dining area for 8 people. The spacious living room also includes a 40” LCD TV with cable TV and a woodstove. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, with en-suite shower and toilet. The master bedroom also has a 37” LCD TV with cable TV, a sofa bed, a WC and a bathroom with hydro bath. On the second floor there is another bedroom with ensuite shower and a veranda with sun loungers. The nearest bus stop and Abraham’s Supermarket are only a 5min walk away, restaurants, pubs and bus fast lane are 15minutes walk away and the beautiful Ramla beach is only a 20 minute walk away.
