The open-plan living and dining area seamlessly flows onto a spacious terrace that overlooks the sparkling pool, creating a perfect space for both relaxation and entertaining. The stunning sea views, stretching across the horizon, provide a breathtaking backdrop, and on clear days, the distant silhouette of Sicily can be seen across the water. The outdoor area is equally inviting, featuring a refreshing outdoor shower and a BBQ, ideal for enjoying al fresco meals by the pool. Inside, the farmhouse boasts three beautifully appointed double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, offering both privacy and comfort. On the ground floor, there is an additional guest bathroom for convenience. The main bedroom, located upstairs, opens onto a private terrace, complete with sunbeds, chairs, and a table, making it an idyllic spot to unwind while taking in the panoramic sea views. Whether you're lounging by the pool or soaking in the serene surroundings, this farmhouse offers the perfect blend of tranquility and luxury.

Iż-Żebbuġ lies stretched on a tranquil hill in the north of Gozo with panoramic views of the Gozitan countryside and the Mediterranean. It has a remarkable parish church, some beautiful little street niches (shrines) and a reputation for producing skilled traditional craftsmen. Iż-Żebbuġ means olives or olive trees in Maltese, suggesting there were once olive groves or olive presses here. Żebbuġ is also known for its skilled traditional craftsmen, particularly in lace-making (bizzilla), weaving (nsiġ), and the production of sheep’s wool blankets (kutri tas-suf). The surrounding countryside supports shepherding, contributing to the production of some of Gozo’s finest traditional cheeses (ġbejniet). Nearby coastal areas, including the bays of Marsalforn, Qbajjar, and Xwejni, are easily accessible from Żebbuġ.
