This luxury accommodation offers 5 full bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a large authentic millroom/livingroom with wood burning fireplace, laundry room, high-end kitchen and a full size dining area. Master Bathroom features a double vanity sink, stand up shower, full size tub and full italian marble slabs. Kitchen is equipped with an electrical oven and a gas cooktop, dishwasher electric hot water kettle for instant coffee or tea, nespresso machine, full size fridge/freezer, microwave and toaster and other essentials. Two smart flatscreen TV`s, Cable TV, Netfilx, Free Wifi and a table soccer are also provided. You will enjoy walking thru the garden and passages and interacting with the farm pets on site. Guests including children can join me daily to hand feed the animals (monkey, alpacas,chickens, rabbits, peacocks, goat), clean the enclosures, etc. Interaction with the alpacas and walking with alpacas also available (to be scheduled). Fresh chicken eggs can be picked up for cooking from the chicken coop ! This estate is split into two, a large authentic 400year old farmhouse (this listing) and a fully detached lodge that the owner/staff lives in. Owner will only access grounds of property for maintenance and ground upkeep and to feed the farm animals, privacy will be given at all times. Two separate entrances for both houses. POOL AREA AND GARDEN IS EXCLUSIVE AND PRIVATE TO THIS LISTING ONLY. Driveway and carport is shared. I will always be available for any questions or help you might need or pointers of what to do, where to eat, how to rent stuff, etc.
This Villa is located in Ghasri which is one of the smallest quaint villages in Gozo set in a rural setting and close to Victoria the capital city. Its location is underneath Ta Gordan Lighthouse and overlooking the famous valley. Wied l-Ghasri area is a marvelous country walk or cycling site especially in Winter and Spring. The valley ends in the sea, wedged between high cliffs where a secluded little inlet makes it ideal for swimming, snorkeling and diving. Indeed, the sea around Wied l-Ghasri is very popular among divers.The city centre Victoria is 1.3 km away. Here one can find Cafe's, Restaurants and a farmers market. All the main beaches including Ramla Bay, Hondoq Bay, San Blas and Mgarr ix-Xini are all within a 10min drive. *** Everything in Gozo is approximately 15min drive away, thats how small Gozo is ! *** *Closest supermarket (Lighthouse Supermarket) is 1.1km from property. *Nearest beach (Wied il-Ghasri) 2.0km away from property. *Nearest bus stop is 800m (0.8km) away from property, 10min walk, Bus No. 308 (Fanal Stop).
