It is a central and peaceful location but near enough to all you want from Malta. Discover the neighborhood with ease! There are different transportation apps such as Uber, Bolt, eCabs. Those are the most popular in Malta, and will be helpful for you. The bus network works well too in Malta. You can buy an explore card to use the bus. Regarding parking, street parking is available free of charge everywhere on the island within the white lines; but do watch out for no parking signs or yellow lines to avoid parking tickets.
