We do our best to welcome and have our guests feel at home, a special feature at Serena Flats is that we do our best to save fossil energy consumption by rewarding those guests that save on energy. Though Serena Flat is situated in a unique location, seafront (30 meters away from the beach), with 2 large terraces & 1 large balcony (all seafront with magnificent views), roof with place for BQs, close to common utilities (Bus stop, restaurants, grocery, butcher, pharmacy etc) we kept our charge per day to the lowest possible (lower then other standard apartments) but we charge for electricity and water usage depending on the consumption (calculated as per local tariffs) . This of course will reward our guests that are environmental friendly. Serena flats is situated very close to the Marsaxlokk fishing village (approx 0.5 Km away), a place that we recommend to all to visit by walking along the beautiful coast road or if walking is not preferred, one can also take the bus (Bus stop just in front of Serena Flats).
