With enough space to accommodate groups of up to 6 guests, our fully equipped and furnished apartment is perfect for both holidaymakers and business travelers. Our self check-in and check-out service, along with our 24/7 support team, ensures a hassle-free stay for our guests. Please note that our apartment is situated in a quiet residential area and we do not allow parties. We kindly ask our guests to be considerate of the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum between 10PM and 8AM. To ensure a peaceful stay, a noise detection device has been installed in the apartment. The minimum age to book our apartment is 25, although we do accept minors as long as they are accompanied by adults. Located on an elevated ground floor in a residential building, our apartment is just a short walk away from the nearest bus stop. Please note that there is a slight hill to climb and a few stairs to reach the apartment. The spacious interior measures approximately 148 square meters, with an additional 30 square meter backyard for guests to enjoy. The layout consists of an open kitchen, dining and living area, a hallway leading to a guest bathroom, a laundry room, and 3 double bedrooms. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and access to the backyard, while the first guest bedroom also leads to the backyard and is equipped with a desk and chair.
